QUALITY CONTROL & PACKAGING
Upon completion of roasting, before packaging, the coffee undergoes a three-point quality control.
Initially, it is checked through a destoner, to identify and remove any impurities of high density (stones, small pieces of metal, etc.)
It then passes through a color sorter, to detect any other impurities of small size and density.
The final even result is confirmed by an X-ray detector check during packaging.
The result of the above control procedures is to offer the market coffee of top quality and guaranteed purity.
